Key Personnel

Jill Burns graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University.  She is a licensed Civil Engineer (CA# C61577) with twelve years experience in hydrology, hydraulics, erosion control, technical writing, drafting and storm water pollution prevention.  Included in that span of time was three years spent working for Caltrans as a hydraulics/hydrology engineer.  Ms. Burns has taken many storm water training courses including 24-hour Caltrans certified training.  She has co-authored over five hundred Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Water Pollution Control Programs and Erosion and Sediment Control Plans.

Dave Burns graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Southern Utah University. He is a Professional Geologist (CA#8024) with nine years experience in soils and materials testing, environmental science, pollution mitigation, erosion control, technical writing and storm water pollution prevention.  Included in that span of time was three years spent working for Caltrans as a geologist in the environmental division.  Mr. Burns has taken many storm water training courses including 24-hour Caltrans certified training.  He has co-authored over five hundred Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Water Pollution Control Programs and Erosion and Sediment Control Plans.
